BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can green beans
1 can lima beans
1 can LeSueur peas (English)
1 stick butter

Slice 1 stick butter over beans and heat.

Sauce:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 grated hard-boiled eggs
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
dash of garlic salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
juice of 1 lemon

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate and serve over hot beans. Make sauce 1 day ahead of time so flavors will blend. Make layer of vegetables and top with sauce when ready to serve. May be placed in 300°F oven if necessary to keep warm.
