1/2 lb. bacon, diced
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can baked beans
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can butter beans, drained
1 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt

Fry bacon and remove from grease. Brown beef. Add onions and celery. Combine all ingredients in casserole or crockpot. bake in oven for 45 minutes or cook in crockpot 6 to 8 hours. Keeps refrigerated several days. Freezes well. Serves 10 to 12.
