MARINATED GREEN BEANS 
1 1/2 lbs. green beans (fresh), steam until tender
1 tbsp. onion
1/2 tbsp. capers
1 tbsp. dill pickle
1/2 tbsp. pimiento
1/2 tbsp. green pepper
1 hard boiled egg
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley (if dried, use 1 tsp.)
1/4 tsp. chervil
1/4 tbsp. tarragon

Mix all together and pour over steamed beans and let marinate overnight or at least 4 hours in refrigerator.
