ITALIAN GREEN BEANS 
2 cans Italian green beans (or 4 c. fresh beans with 3/4 c. liquid enough to steam cook)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. garlic (in sm. pieces or powdered)
Vinegar and oil to taste

Drain excess liquid from beans. Add the salt, parsley, garlic, vinegar, and oil to the hot beans. Mix thoroughly but gently; serve.

Note: Salt, parsley, and garlic may also be added according to taste.
