LOW CALORIE FRIED APPLES | |
6 Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored and thickly sliced 2 tbsp. diet Mazola butter 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 pkg. Equal sweetener 1 tbsp. non-dairy whipped topping Peel, core and thickly slice apples. Melt butter in small skillet until bubbly. Add cinnamon and apples. Stir fry apples until crispy tender. Remove from heat and let apples cool for 5 minutes. Add Equal sweetener and stir to blend. Divide apple mixture evenly between 6 custard cups. Serve warm with 1 tablespoon non-dairy whipped topping with cinnamon sprinkled over whipped topping. Makes 6 servings each equaling 1 fruit exchange; 1/2 fat exchange and 14 calories optional exchange. |
