LOW CALORIE APPLE SALAD 
4 apples, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding, sugar free
1 (3 oz.) box instant sugar free butterscotch pudding
1 (8 oz.) tub light Cool Whip
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Mix apples and pineapple with the juice, then add remaining ingredients. Cover with Saran or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or for a few hours.

Serve and enjoy!
