LOW CALORIE MILKSHAKE 
2 cups pure vanilla almond unsweetened milk (or regular)
1/2 cup ice cubes
any flavor liquid Crystal Light (put as much as you want)

Blend the almond milk and ice in a blender until there is only little chunks of ice left. Then, add Crystal light and blend until there is no ice left.

Enjoy!

Makes 1 (20 oz.) serving or 2 (10 oz.) servings.
