LOW CALORIE MILKSHAKE | |
2 cups pure vanilla almond unsweetened milk (or regular) 1/2 cup ice cubes any flavor liquid Crystal Light (put as much as you want) Blend the almond milk and ice in a blender until there is only little chunks of ice left.
