MINI HAM PUFFS 
1 pkg. processed ham
1 small onion
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 350°F. Chop ham and place in bowl. Add cheese, egg, pepper and mustard; stir. Unroll crescent dough and press into 1 large rectangle. Cut into 24 pieces. Place dough pieces in mini muffin pan cups. Use fingers to form a cup. Fill cup and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Yield: 24.

A friend had these last week at a party. They are delicious and were the first thing gone from all the foods available. Can't wait to make these for any upcoming event.... I am going to use "honey mustard" - just to try, but they are perfect as is.
