MINI HAM PUFFS 
1 pkg ham
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup swiss cheese
1 egg
1-1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
1 can Hungry Jack biscuits

Preheat oven to 350°F. Chop ham, onion and cheese. Add egg, mustard, and pepper, mix well. Lightly spray mini muffin tin with Pam. Cut biscuits into quarters, place each quarter into mini muffin tin. Mash each one down using a wooden spoon dusted with flour. Add above mixture.

Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.
