HAM & CHEESE PUFF 
1 pkg. frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
1/4-1/2 lb. thinly sliced ham
1/4 lb. sliced mozzarella cheese
1 c. chopped broccoli (optional)
Pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten

Unfold both sheets of pastry. On a lightly floured surface, roll each sheet to a 10 x 12 inch rectangle. Lay one sheet on an ungreased baking sheet. Top with ham, cheese and broccoli, leaving a 1 inch border all around. Sprinkle with pepper. Brush border with beaten egg. Top with remaining pastry sheet. Crimp edges to seal.

Brush pastry with beaten egg. Chill 15 minutes or overnight, covered. Prick with a toothpick in a few places. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
