HAM AND CHEESE PUFF 
1 c. finely chopped ham
1 c. cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar), grated
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs
2 tsp. spicy mustard or honey Dijon
1 pkg. crescent rolls

Spray small muffin pan. Unroll crescent rolls and pinch off small pieces. Press into muffin pan, don't have to completely fill the muffin pan.

Mix ham, cheese, onion, eggs and mustard well and spoon into muffin cups.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until sides look brown. Cool a few minutes and remove from pan.
