HAM PUFFS PETITE 
1 recipe Miniature Cream Puffs (see below)
3 (4 1/2 oz.) cans deviled ham
1 tbsp. horseradish
3/4 tsp. onion salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. dairy sour cream

Prepare Miniature Cream Puffs. When ready to serve, cut off tops with sharp knife; remove filaments of soft dough. Blend deviled ham, horseradish, onion salt, pepper and sour cream; fill each puff with slightly rounded teaspoonful of mixture.

Makes 6 dozen puffs.
