SQUAW CORN 
12 bacon slices
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 cans creamed corn
1 egg
Salt & pepper

Dice up bacon. Brown in a large heavy skillet. Add onions and bell pepper. Fry until onions are transparent.

Pour off excess fat. Add the corn and return to heat and bring to the boiling point. Break eggs right into the skillet. Stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 8. This is a good dish with almost any grilled meat and it takes about 15 minutes to prepare.
