CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. canned milk
Dash of salt

Scald the meal, flour and sugar with the boiling water. Add the eggs and milk and mix well. Put oil in the baking dish. Add the mixture and bake at 425 degrees until done.
