2 c. cut up cooked turkey or chicken
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Sprinkle turkey, mushroom, onions, salt, and cheese in pie pan. Beat the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over turkey mixture; bake until golden brown, about 30-40 minutes until done.
