1 box lemon cake mix
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup oil
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/3 cup poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine all ingredients together. Fill muffin cups about half full.

Bake in preheated 425°F oven for 15 minutes or til done.

Makes approximately 2 dozen muffins.
