CHOCOLATE BALLS 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 can coconut (3 1/2 oz.)
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine
2 sticks butter
1 (12 oz.) crunchy peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 cake paraffin

Melt butter. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Then add peanut butter, flavoring, butter. Shape into balls (bite-size) and put on wax paper.

Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler (over hot water). Dip each ball using tongs. Place back on wax paper. Let cool. Makes approximately 60.
