1 pt. heavy cream
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. plain gelatin
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine heavy cream, sugar and gelatin in saucepan over low heat until dissolved and hot. Cool to room temperature. Add sour cream, vanilla and whatever fruits, nuts or flavorings you desire. Chill.
