SWEDISH CREAM 
2 1/3 c. whipping cream
1 c. sugar
1 env. Knox gelatin
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cream, sugar and gelatin. Heat gently and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool until slightly thickened. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Chill until firm. Spoon into serving dish and top with sweetened strawberries, raspberries, etc.
