GREAT CORN ON THE COB | |
6 ears fresh or frozen sweet corn 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. oregano salt and pepper, to taste 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling Add corn to boiling water and cook 15 minutes. Remove from water, drain and place in a rectangular dish. Sprinkle with parsley flakes, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Add butter. Sprinkle corn with Parmesan cheese.
