CRUNCHY OVEN FRENCH TOAST | |
3 eggs 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. half and half 1 tsp. vanilla 3 c. cornflakes, crushed to 1 c. 8 diagonally sliced French bread 3/4-inch thick Grease 15 x 10 pan; dip bread in mixture and freeze 1-2 hours. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes; turn once. |
