OVEN FRENCH TOAST 
4 eggs
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. butter
French bread
Sugar & cinnamon mix

Beat eggs; add orange juice and beat until frothy. Melt butter in jelly roll pan. Spread butter over pan. Sprinkle a little cinnamon/sugar mixture on the butter. Cut French bread in 1 inch thick slices. Dip bread into egg mixture and place in pan on top of the butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with cinnamon side up with maple syrup or jelly. This can be made hours ahead of time. Just pop in the oven 20 minutes before serving.
