OVEN FRENCH TOAST 
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 slices bread, whole wheat or white
butter

Turn oven on to 300 degrees. Lightly grease the cookie sheet with butter. Break eggs into a shallow bowl, add milk and vanilla and mix all together with a fork. Using a fork, dip both sides of bread into the mixture and place on the cookie sheet. Pour any remaining egg mixture over the bread.

Place in the oven to bake for 10 minutes (set your timer). After 10 minutes, remove cookie sheet using pot holder. Using a spatula, turn each piece of bread over. Return cookie sheet with the bread slices to the oven for another 5 minutes.
