OVEN FRENCH TOAST | |
4 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 8 slices bread Pat of butter Heat oven to 300 degrees. Crack eggs into a shallow bowl. Add milk and vanilla to eggs and mix all together with a fork. Using a fork, dip both sides of bread into the mixture and place on cookie sheet. Pour any remaining egg mixture over the bread. Place in oven to bake for 10 minutes. Turn bread over and bake another 5 minutes. Remove with spatula and serve with maple syrup, cinnamon, jam, or brown sugar. |
