MY GRANDMOTHER'S PASTA SALAD 
My friends and family love this one!

1 (16 oz.) pkg. macaroni (or any other pasta you like)
6 boiled eggs, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup multi colored sweet peppers, diced
1/2 cup diced carrots (more if you like)
1/4 cup onion (I leave this out)
1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese (or any other cheese)
1 tsp. celery salt
3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
4 tbsp. deli mustard (you can use plain yellow)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. black or white pepper
1 tsp. salt (you can substitute seasoning salt)
paprika, for sprinkling

Prepare the pasta as instructed, drain, rinse and cool.

Boil eggs in advance so they are cold when added to the salad.

Mix all ingredients and sprinkle with paprika.

Spices can be adjusted to taste (and yes the sugar does make a difference).

This recipe is easy to adjust for large crowds. You can also add green or black olives. Enjoy!
