LAZY GARLIC HERB PASTA SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. angel hair pasta
1 1/2 green bell peppers, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
3-4 Roma tomatoes, diced
broccoli florets, sliced (optional)
Greek and green olives (to your liking)
1/2 (15 oz.) jar artichoke hearts, sliced
Italian seasoning, to taste (McCormick)
salt, to taste (optional)

DRESSING:

2 env. Garlic & Herb salad dressing mix (Good Seasons)
olive oil
vinegar (I use a combo of apple cider and rice vinegar)

Boil pasta according to package directions, drain, rinse with cold tap water, and set aside in bowl.

Chop vegetables up and add to bowl with pasta, olives, and artichoke hearts. Prepare salad dressing mix according to directions on package and pour over pasta and vegetable. Toss and season to taste.

Refrigerate for an hour or until chilled, then serve!
