APPLESAUCE HAM 
5 lb. ham
1 c. chunky applesauce
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Score and bake ham. In a bowl, combine applesauce, honey, brown sugar and mustard; mix well. Beginning 30 minutes before ham is done, baste ham several times with glaze. Heat remaining glaze and serve as sauce.
