1 1/4 c. applesauce
1 lg. egg
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. honey
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients well. Fill cupcake papers in muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes about 12 muffins.
