CHICKEN ADOBO 
2 (10 to 12 oz.) pkgs. chicken wings
3 to 4 cloves garlic
1/8 c. soy sauce
1/8 c. cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter

Cut wings into sections, discarding wing tips. Rub with salt and pepper. In frying pan or wok, saute garlic in butter, then add chicken parts and stir until brown. Add cider and soy sauce, add water if necessary to cover chicken. Cook, uncovered, until tender. Serves 6.
