CINNAMON-APPLE GLAZE FOR PORK
CHOPS
 
1/2 c. apple jelly
1/4 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Combine ingredients in small saucepan; melt over low heat. Brush on meat during last 15 minutes of cooking time. (Pan fry or grill chops until done.)
