POTATO CRISPS 
8 lg. potatoes, washed & cut into wedges (unpeeled)
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place potato wedges, peel side down, in a shallow baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes brushing occasionally with remaining mixture.
