CRISP ONION ROASTED POTATOES 
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. potatoes, cut into quarters

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In shallow baking pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring occasionally, 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 8 servings.
