CRISP ONION - ROASTED POTATOES | |
1 env. onion or onion mushroom soup mix 1/2 c. cooking oil 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. thyme leaves 1 tsp. marjoram leaves 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 lb. potatoes, cut into quarters, skin on Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place cut potatoes in shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes, turning to coat thoroughly. Bake 60 minutes or until tender and golden brown (stir occasionally while baking). |
