SWEET POTATO CRISP 
1 (2 lb.) can sweet potatoes, drained & mashed
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar

Put potatoes in dish and put topping over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
