BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli or about 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
Sprinkle of garlic salt
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. toasted almonds (optional)
1 lg. onion, diced
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. Accent
1 c. bread crumbs or crushed potato chips

Saute onion in butter and add broccoli. Heat through, then add remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs or potato chips. Pour into greased casserole and sprinkle crumbs or chips on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12-16.
