CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW BARS 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. small marshmallows
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. Rice Krispies
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Stir flour, chopped nuts, cocoa, baking powder and salt into egg mixture. Spread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until bars test done. Sprinkle marshmallows on top. Bake 3 minutes or more. Cool. Combine chocolate and peanut butter, cook or microwave until chocolate is melted. Stir in cereal, spread mixture on top of cooled bars. Chill, cut into bars and refrigerate. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
