I made this cupcake recipe after I read all the reviews, and it was definitely an easy one to make. After I made these cupcakes, I think they turned out dense and not what I expected. Mine barely rose, and they were tough too. I wouldn't recommed this receipe.

My friend baked these for our class and we had to wait until the end of the day. I kept nibbling sides because it was so tasty.

I've been using this recipe a lot, its a winner! I tried beating just the egg whites and sugar together till you get stiff peaks and then adding all the other ingredients including the yolks, it made it a lot more fluffy and I love it!! :)

I really liked it, although since I was just experimenting I accidentally added a little under a cup of flour and they came out like custard :). But, I am sure they would have been AMAZING with the correct amount of flour, as the taste was still great. Also, I was wondering if my addition of a little food coloring had any effect on the texture? Anyway, I recommend this and will definitely make this again (with the correct amount of flour lol). I rarely comment on stuff I'm too lazy :/ but I think I would be committing a crime if I didn't on these muffins/cupcakes. And you see, I can't just steal a recipe and not thank the person who gave it. They were amazing and soo easy to make! Thank you so much!

This is absolutely my go-to recipes for easy cupcakes! Tonight I made a quick half batch and filled 18 spots in a mini cupcake pan. I'm looking forward to playing with the recipe for some subtle flavors: maybe rosewater or orange zest etc.

I really love these cupcakes. I let them cool down and I dug a hole in the middle and cut a slice of banana and stuffed it in the cupcake and it tasted just like a banana muffin. Maybe next time I'll add some nuts in the batter just to experiment with it.

Instead of plain sugar could I use brown sugar as an alternative?

This is a great, simple and quick recipe. I did however add half a cup of sugar and 2 tsp of vanilla on top of the 2 that the recipe calls for. The consistency and taste is just right! Thanks for sharing

This recipe is simply AMAZING!!! I have used this recipe three times and all of those times it turned out very good. I am just a 12 year old baking, but my family and friend have tried my cupcakes and they thought they were delicious:) I really recommend this to everyone!

These cupcakes are delish! Try adding chocolate chips to the cupcakes after everything is mixed in.

When I made the cupcakes I made 12 and still have some batter left over. I think it can make 12 at the least and 24 at the most. Just a tip!!
