HOLIDAY CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello
2 orange-peeled with
2 apples
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. walnuts, chopped
3 c. water or orange juice
1 (1 lb.) pkg. cranberries

Chop oranges, apples and cranberries coarsely-a food processor works well. Add sugar, and set aside. Dissolve Jello in one cup boiling water. Add two cups water or orange juice and stir. Add fruit mixture and nuts. Refrigerate until set.
