HOLIDAY JELLED SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 lime Jello 1 pt. cottage cheese 1 c. nut meats 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1/2 lb. sm. marshmallows Drain pineapple juice in cup to make 1 cup liquid. Heat and pour in Jello. Add marshmallows. Cool. Add cottage cheese, nuts and whipped cream. Lightly blend together. Chill overnight or 4 hours before serving. Garnish with red maraschino cherries for a festive look. |
