HOLIDAY SALAD | |
1 can (17 oz.) green peas (drained) 1 can or 1 c. carrots, cut fine (cooked) 1 pkg. lemon Jello (sm. box) 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. mayonnaise 1 sm. bell pepper, chopped 1 sm. onion, chopped 2-3 tbsp. vinegar Sm. amount mustard (about 1 tbsp.) 3/4 c. vegetable juice (add water if not enough from peas and carrots) Boil and dissolve Jello in vegetable liquid. Chill and add vegetables and all other ingredients. Congeal. |
