HOLIDAY SALAD 
1 c. sugar
1 c. raw cranberries, ground
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. orange juice
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pecan meats, broken
1 c. celery, chopped

Mix sugar and ground berries and let stand several hours. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in orange juice and other ingredients. Pour into mold and refrigerate. Serve on lettuce, garnish with mayonnaise.
