RED BEET JELLY | |
3 c. beet juice 4 c. sugar 1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin 6 oz. raspberry-flavored gelatin Bring juice to a rolling boil; add the gelatin and fruit pectin. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and add the sugar. Stir well and pour mixture into jars. I bring jelly to a full rolling boil after sugar is added. |
