CHEESE VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 qts. water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. chopped onion
3-4 c. diced potatoes
2 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced celery
1 lb. broccoli, chopped
4-5 c. cooked wild rice
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Place first 6 ingredients in a large pot and cook until tender. Add broccoli and wild rice; cook until tender.

Add 1 pound Velveeta cheese (cubed). Add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup. Heat thoroughly and serve. Ham or turkey may be added.
