CALIFORNIA VEGETABLE CHEESE SOUP 
4 cubes chicken bouillon in 1 qt. water
1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. diced onion

Cook 15 minutes. Add:

Cook 6-8 minutes.

Add: 1/2 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced

Heat until blended. Great to freeze in smaller quantities!
