THE BEST BROWNIES 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. cooking chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar and vanilla, then beat until thick. Melt butter and chocolate; cool and add to the egg mixture. Add flour and beat well until smooth.

Pour into a well-buttered and floured 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Cut into squares while still warm. Makes about 2 dozen.
