THE BEST MINT BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and salt until fluffy. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Cool completely.

TOPPING 1:
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. green creme de mint or 1 tbsp. mint flavoring

Beat well, spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate until set.

TOPPING 2:

Melt 6 tablespoons with 1 cup chocolate chips. Cool and spread on green layer.
