BROILED FISH - FISH TURBOT 
Lg. white fish
Sour cream
Crushed cracker crumbs
Melted butter

Wipe fish dry. Salt and pepper. Spread (brush on) sour cream on both sides. Then spread crushed cracker crumbs. Put skin side down last. Dribble melted butter over it (about 1/2 stick.) Broil 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Leave door open. Leave rack in baking position when broiling or bake at low temperature 300 degrees.

With leftovers - Fish Turbot. Make a medium white sauce. Add beaten egg. (First put a little hot sauce in egg). Add flaked fish. Put in casserole. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake in medium oven until bubbly.

Have also had this recipe with grainy mustard instead of sour cream. Excellent as well.
