BROILED FISH AU GRATIN 
1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets, approx. 6 fillets
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley

Place fish on greased rack of unheated broiler pan. Brush with 2 tablespoons butter. Broil 4 inches away from heat 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Mix crumbs, cheese, parsley. Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter; toss well. Sprinkle over fish. Broil 1 to 2 minutes more until browned.
