FISH FILLETS AU GRATIN 
1 lb. white or light fish fillets
1 can condensed cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. bread or corn flake crumbs
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Spread the fillets in a well greased flat casserole dish. In a small saucepan, mix the soup, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Heat until the cheese is melted and pour over the fish. Mix the crumbs with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top of the fish. Shake a little paprika over the fish.

Bake 35-45 minutes in a 375 degree oven, until the fish flakes readily and the surface is bubbly and golden, the exact time will depend upon the thickness of the fish.
