BAKED FISH FILLETS 
1 lb. or so fish fillets

Layer fillets in 9"x9" square pan. Salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon and herb seasoning. Mix and spread over fish:

3/4 can cream of mushroom soup
2 heaping tbsp. salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice

Spread evenly on top of sauce 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Over this add 1 cup plain corn flakes (hand crush). Dot with ample pieces of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or so, just so fish remains flaky.
